KEY PEOPLE

Sean Hampsey, Managing Director
Sean has 30 years experience in marketing and design, having worked in both agency and client environments. He joined the group in January 2001.

Julie Gray, Commercial Director
With 25 years experience in the industry, after serving in several leading agencies, Julie founded Grey Matter in April 1990.

Rebecca Hughes, Financial Controller
Rebecca worked for seven years in commercial accountancy before becoming ACCA qualified in 2001. She joined the group in July 2004.

Roger Lyne, Sales Director
Roger is responsible for clients in the Catalogue division and heads up our UK wide catalogue sales. He joined the group in June 2006.

Carl Richardson, Studio Manager
Carl oversees all creative and studio activities. With 12 years Studio experience, Carl joined the group in October 2006.

Jennifer Eagle, Client Services
Jennifer is the creative team member responsible for all client facing activity. She joined the group in June 2005.

Matthew Spriggs, Web, SEO & E-Commerce
With 10 years experience in web development and a degree in Software Engineering, Matthew heads up the web side of the business, having joined the group in May 2008.

Nicky Shaw, PR Services
With over 15 years experience in consultancy and in-house PR, Nicky heads up the public relations side of the business. She helps clients to develop media campaigns and build brand awareness through media relations. She joined the group in August 2009.
